RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL AND SPECIAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
The Company confirms that all of the resolutions proposed at the Annual General and Special Meeting of shareholders held on 27 September 2017 were approved. Proxies were validly received in respect of 349,564,877 common shares, representing approximately 81.2% of the outstanding common shares in the Company.
As always, the Board will reflect on the feedback that it has received from shareholders and will continue to engage actively with shareholders and investors, both through formal results presentations and informal meetings which take place as part of the Company's ongoing investor relations programme.

A vote "Withheld" is not a vote in law and is not counted in the votes "For" and "Against" a resolution.
Resolutions 1 to 13, 17 and 18 were ordinary resolutions and resolutions 14 to 16 were special resolutions.
A copy of the resolutions has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism.
