Acceleration of investment in Sentiance
AAA, the technology holding company, has made a further investment in the predictive AI motion insights platform Sentiance N.V. ('Sentiance').
As detailed in its announcement dated 27 June 2024, AAA agreed to advance two convertible loans to Sentiance ('Convertible Loans'). Drawdown of the first Convertible Loan was completed in December last year. Although the agreement anticipated that drawdown of the second Convertible Loan would commence at the end of June 2025, AAA and Sentiance have now agreed to accelerate drawdown of the second Convertible Loan and this will now be advanced in full by the end of this month.
This accelerated investment will help Sentiance capitalise on the tremendous commercial opportunities it is experiencing. When the loans are converted into new Sentiance shares (expected to take place in May 2025), AAA will own 46.5% of Sentiance's issued share capital.
AAA CEO Colin McQuade commented , "We have been very pleased with the continued demand for Sentiance's cutting edge predictive AI technology. Sentiance wrote more new contracts in the first two months of this year alone than it did in the whole of 2024.
"It is particularly encouraging that the demand from major corporates is coming from many different parts of the world, showing the global demand for Sentiance's platform. We are pleased that AAA will own over 46% of Sentiance as it enters this enhanced growth phase.
