Redhat Capital PLC Series 1 USD Bonds 12% 2024 (ISIN GB00BNRR4F72); and
Redhat Capital PLC Series 1 EUR Bonds 12% 2024 (GB00BPP13N63)
(together, the "Series 1 Bonds").
London: 22 April 2024 : Redhat Capital PLC (the "Issuer") is pleased to announce that the interest due to Bondholders for the quarter ended 31/03/2024 in respect of the Series 1 Bonds has been paid.
Since the Issue Date, all quarterly interest payments due in respect of the Series 1 Bonds have been paid to Bondholders in accordance with the applicable dates. The Series 1 Bonds return a fixed quarterly income over a two-year term and are denominated in GBP, USD and EUR.
The notes are listed on the Vienna MTF.
