Sustainable Capital plc (the "Issuer") is pleased to announce the listing of the above series of XTCC green Bonds on the Vienna Stock Exchange with first day of trading on 4th April 2024.

The Bonds are senior secured under English law and have semi-annual coupons payable until maturity in 2028.
