Timing of Scheme Sanctions Hearings
Petropavlovsk PLC, Petropavlovsk 2010 Limited and Petropavlovsk 2016 Limited (together the "Companies" and each a "Company") refer to the announcement on 11 January 2023 of hearings of the High Court in London to be held on 20 January 2023 to seek final sanction of the High Court to the schemes of arrangement proposed in relation to the Companies. The timing of those hearings is now confirmed as 10:30am London time.
The hearings will take place in person at the Insolvency and Companies Court of the High Court, with details also available on the HM Courts & Tribunals Service website at https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/business-and-property-courts-rolls-building-cause-list/business-and-property-courts-of-england-and-wales-cause-list#companies-winding-up-chancery-division.
The outcome of the hearings will be announced following the hearing. Subject to that outcome, the schemes of arrangement remain expected to become effective by the end of January 2023.
